Your cart is empty

Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If this is the case you have 7 days to send it back to us.

All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to yedder.world@gmail.com within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the returns instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, and do not refund postage costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can also put any items aside before your retuned goods get back to us, but we will only send the exchanged goods upon receiving your original order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
